Duties:

• Represent clients in state and federal courts, focusing on product liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice defense cases.

• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop case strategies and prepare for litigation.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 6 years of litigation experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in torts and product liability defense.
• Licensed to practice law in New York State.
