Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced antitrust lawyer with over 8 years of expertise in Hart-Scott-Rodino Act (HSR) filings to join its Antitrust & Competition Group in Atlanta, GA. The role involves collaborating with other antitrust lawyers to support transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures. Candidates should have substantial experience in HSR filings and familiarity with global merger control processes. Relevant government experience is preferred but not required.

Duties

• Communicate with clients effectively.

• Assist with fact development and depositions.
• Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda.
• Develop case strategy.

Requirements

Education

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
