Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal counsel on various employment matters, including compliance, employee relations, and workplace policies.
• Represent clients in employment litigation, managing cases from initial filings through to resolution in court and before administrative agencies.
• Draft, review, and update employee handbooks, policies, and other organizational documents to ensure compliance with current laws and best practices.
• Handle intricate commercial litigation, demonstrating a keen ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective strategies.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare well-structured written materials, including briefs and motions.

Requirements
