Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate for its Mergers and Acquisitions practice in Dallas, Texas. Duties

• Represent clients in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents.
• Manage due diligence and logistical preparation for signing/closing.
• Communicate with relevant parties on open issues and transaction documents.

Requirements

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission and good standing with the New York, Texas, or California bar.
• Previous corporate M&A experience at a firm or in-house.
