Duties

• Conduct patent prosecution for biotechnology-related inventions.

Requirements

• 1-5 years of patent prosecution experience in biotechnology.
• Advanced degree in a life sciences technology area, preferably a Ph.D.
• Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number) required.
• Must pass the patent bar exam within the first 12 months of hire if not already completed.
