Job Overview

Duties

Requirements

  • Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, due diligence, and title and survey review.
  • Experience with AI software implementation preferred.
  • Experience with hotels, land use, and zoning is a plus.
  • Admitted to practice in Illinois.

  • Strong academic background.

Certifications

  • Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
