Duties

• Assist in trust and probate litigation and trials.

• Prepare for and participate in trials.
• Interface with high and ultrahigh net worth clients.

Requirements

• Admitted to the California Bar.
• 4 to 7 years of applicable experience.
• Commitment to the Sacramento region.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• California Bar admission.

Skills

• Ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of estate planning documents and trust administration procedures.
