Duties

• Advise clients on capital markets transactions and securities offerings.

• Draft and review transaction documents and agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in capital markets.
• Focus on late-stage private company representation preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the State Bar of California.
