Associate Attorney - Trial and Litigation

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate attorney with three to seven years of litigation experience to join its Trial and Litigation Practice Group in Los Angeles, CA. Duties

• Develop and implement litigation strategies in complex cases.
• Present nuanced constitutional arguments clearly and persuasively.
• Manage complex litigation, including electronic discovery and motion practice.
• Engage in all phases of litigation in both federal and state courts.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of litigation experience.
• Experience with public entity clients, including government claims procedures.
• Proficiency in motion practice, case development, and discovery management.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
