Job Overview

Duties

• Represent lenders and borrowers in finance transactions.
• Draft, review, and revise credit agreements and related documents.
• Manage acquisition financings and private credit facilities.
• Interact with clients and manage deal processes.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in finance or corporate law.
• Experience with broadly syndicated credit facilities.
• Strong drafting skills and academic background.
• Admission to one or more state bars.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one state.
