Job Overview

A law firm seeks a mid to senior level associate for their Trust and Estate Litigation practice group in Portland, OR. The role involves supporting fiduciaries and beneficiaries in contested trust and estate matters.

Duties

• Assist with all aspects of litigation, including drafting petitions and discovery.
• Conduct depositions and make court appearances.
• Participate in trial proceedings.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in trust, estate, conservatorship, guardianship, and elder abuse litigation.
• Significant experience in probate and trust litigation in Oregon and California courts.
• Licensed to practice in Oregon; California bar admission preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Oregon State Bar license.

Skills

• Strong litigation and drafting skills.
