Duties

• Advise clients on private equity and M&A transactions.
• Manage transactions independently while collaborating with a team.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in Private Equity and M&A.
• Experience at an AmLaw 100 or 200 firm preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional writing and communication abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.

Skills

• Familiarity with design thinking and disruptive innovation principles.
• Experience with generative AI and legal technology in deal processes.
