Job Overview

Duties

• Support partners and deal teams on data center transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and development of data center assets.
• Manage due diligence processes, including title and survey reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-practice teams on financing and tax aspects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Experience with data center leasing and large-scale commercial leasing preferred.
• Ability to draft and negotiate principal transaction documents.
• Comfortable working across corporate, finance, and tax practice areas.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
