Attorney - Workers' Compensation

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced Attorney specializing in Workers' Compensation for their Camp Hill, PA office. The ideal candidate will have over two years of relevant experience and demonstrate strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills. The ability to manage a litigation caseload independently and work effectively within a team is essential.

Duties

• Manage cases from inception to post-trial
• Communicate with clients to keep them updated on case status
• Make court appearances and participate in mediation
• Prepare pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents
• Prepare, review, and respond to discovery
• Conduct research as required by each case
• Conduct direct and cross-examination of expert witnesses
• Meet billing requirements

Requirements

• 2+ years of Workers' Compensation experience
• Experience with depositions, mediation, and courtroom proceedings preferred
• Strong positive attitude and dedication to team goals

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania
