Associate Attorney - Family Law

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney specializing in Family Law in Santa Clara County, CA (Hybrid). The ideal candidate will manage their own caseload while collaborating with a supportive legal team, focusing on delivering exceptional client results.

Duties

• Independently manage cases from strategy session through resolution.
• Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and parties via phone and email.
• Execute firm protocols, including case reviews and court preparation.
• Ensure court orders and filings are properly documented.
• Prepare clients, experts, and witnesses for hearings and testimony.
• Provide mentorship and strategy support to junior associates.
• Maintain timely responses to client communications.
• Maintain CLE compliance and good standing with the California State Bar.

Education
