The attorney will manage case inventories, maintain deadline controls, and enhance operational efficiency across various legal matters.

Duties

  • Understand and translate litigation requirements into operational strategies.
  • Maintain deadline controls and ensure adherence to escalation protocols.
  • Drive filing readiness by managing documentation and pre-filing information.
  • Deliver a client experience based on trust and responsiveness.
  • Assist in coordinating tasks for paralegals and case managers.
  • Oversee compliance with court rules and filing protocols.
  • Manage post-filing litigation requirements, including discovery and trial preparation.
  • Collaborate to improve litigation support workflows.
  • Mentor and train legal support staff.

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to engage clients with professionalism and empathy.
  • Effective in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong time-management skills and adaptability.
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Education

  • JD required.

Certifications

  • Admission to at least one U.S. state bar required.

Skills

  • Experience with complex litigation preferred.
  • Experience mentoring and supervising others preferred.
  • Proficiency in CM/ECF, PACER, Westlaw, and Litify.
