Job Overview

Duties

• Conduct reimbursement compliance and coding for novel products and services.
• Perform transactional due diligence and deal documentation.
• Engage in negotiation for emerging companies, private equity, and M&A.
• Provide fraud and abuse counseling and compliance advice.
• Collaborate with corporate teams to assess regulatory profiles.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare regulatory experience.
• Experience in reimbursement and transactional due diligence.
• Preferred experience in fraud and abuse counseling.
• Outstanding analytical and writing skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.
