Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active New York State Bar admission (required).
• 3-5 years of experience in family law and Family Court preferred.
• Experience with divorce matters, including uncontested divorces.
• Comfortable appearing in court regularly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, reliable, and client-focused.
• Recent graduates with a strong interest in family law will also be considered.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
