Duties

• Draft complex estate planning and business succession documents for high-net-worth individuals.
• Prepare federal gift and estate tax returns.
• Assist with probate proceedings for taxable and non-taxable estates.
• Support tax-exempt organization planning.
• Counsel clients on income, gift, estate, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning.

Requirements

• Experience in drafting estate planning documents and trust administration.
• Strong drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and exceptional work ethic.

Education

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
