Elizabeth office of our client seeks attorney with 1+ year of immigration law experience. The candidate will provide legal representation in immigration, naturalization, and citizenship concerns in criminal, family, employment, and business matters. Will handle a demanding caseload, and accommodate unanticipated spikes in workload while maintaining flexibility under pressure required. Bilingual in Spanish is required. Multilingual is a plus. Admission to a State Bar is required. Additional Bars is a plus, preference for NJ and PA. Litigation experience is a plus. Overlapping experience handling criminal and business matters a plus. Should have a portable book of business.

The candidate will handle a demanding caseload, and accommodate unanticipated spikes in workload while maintaining flexibility under pressure required. Strong writing and organizational skills, strategic thinker and able to work proactively with minimal supervision is required. Must possess excellent academic credentials and have strong writing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
