Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly skilled Intellectual Property Associate with a technical or engineering focus to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in intellectual property matters, including patent and trade secret cases.

Duties

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.

Requirements

• Two to four years of experience in intellectual property law.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.

• Membership in the State Bar of California.

Education

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent preferred.

Certifications
