This role involves defending and advising clients in the waste disposal, manufacturing, and energy development sectors on litigation, administrative enforcement, and compliance matters.

Duties

  • Defend toxic tort, citizen suits, and administrative enforcement actions in various forums.
  • Navigate environmental regulations and permitting under federal and state laws.
  • Represent PRP in cleanups under CERCLA with consultants and experts.
  • Advise clients on regulatory developments and policy changes.

Requirements

  • Strong academic credentials.

Education
