Duties

  • Manage a diverse caseload effectively.

Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with case management systems like FSI, Case Aware, LoanSphere, Tempo, or Serengeti is a plus.
  • Ability to think and act independently.
  • Experience in mortgage default work, including foreclosure, title, and related litigation, is highly desired.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • California bar license in good standing.
