Job Overview

This role involves working closely with partners and senior attorneys to support a wide range of real estate transactions and client needs.

Duties

• Assist in commercial real estate development projects.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and client service skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in the relevant state or eligibility for admission.
