Duties

  • Manage cases from start to finish, including regulatory compliance and permitting strategies.
  • Conduct thorough legal research on federal and state environmental laws.
  • Draft and review permit applications, compliance plans, and related documentation.
  • Leverage an existing portable book of business and cultivate new client relationships.
  • Maintain strategic communications with clients regarding regulatory changes.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and administrative proceedings.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Uphold professional conduct and adhere to state bar requirements.
  • Support client billing and manage collections.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (or eligibility to waive in).
  • Minimum of 5 years of environmental law experience, focusing on air quality permitting.
  • Experience advising clients on complex environmental regulatory matters.
  • Established client relationships and a portable book of business.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and detail-oriented professional.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Education
