A law firm seeks an attorney with 3-9 years of experience in securitization and structured finance to join their team in New York, New York. The role involves working primarily with the CMBS team, engaging in commercial mortgage securitization transactions and other related financings.

Duties

• Engage in commercial mortgage securitization transactions.
• Participate in residential mortgage, auto, credit card, and esoteric securitizations.
• Collaborate on CLOs, repackagings, and re-securitizations.
• Advise on significant regulatory reform measures.

Requirements

• 3-9 years of experience in securitization or structured finance.
• Membership to the State Bar of the office location.
• Highly motivated with excellent academic credentials.
• Superior communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

Substantial billable hours is the primary way to get the big bucks and partnership consideration at this large New York firm.
