Associate - Antitrust Litigation and Merger Control

Job Overview

A law firm seeks an associate with expertise in antitrust litigation and/or merger control to join its team in Redwood City, CA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of relevant experience and will join the 3rd to 7th year associate class.

Duties

• Assist in navigating antitrust regimes and securing merger approvals.
• Support in resolving or defending against litigation and enforcement challenges.
• Collaborate with a global team on cross-border antitrust matters.
• Engage in high-stakes litigation and enforcement actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in antitrust litigation and/or merger control.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Substantive knowledge of antitrust law.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar in California or eligibility to waive in.
