Duties

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Proven experience practicing family law with successful case outcomes.
• Familiarity with legal research platforms such as Attorney's Briefcase.
• Experience drafting contracts, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
• Strong negotiation skills to achieve favorable settlements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education
