Duties

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • California Bar admission required.
  • 1-3 years of attorney experience in a law office setting.
  • Knowledge of Litigation and Family Law is highly desirable.
  • Background in Estate Planning and/or Tax Law is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in legal drafting with strong grammar skills.
  • Capable of conducting comprehensive legal research efficiently.
  • Strong writing and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be qualified and eligible to work in the United States.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • California Bar admission.
