Job Overview

Duties

• Collaborate with partners on complex litigation matters.
• Engage with federal and state regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Three to seven years of environmental law or general litigation experience.
• Interest in mining and water rights; willingness to train.
• Experience in administrative litigation and regulatory matters is a plus.
• Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to excel under pressure and meet demanding deadlines.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Nevada or eligibility to waive in.
