Duties

• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, hearings, and trials.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal analysis and recommendations.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and client development.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in business/commercial litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with discovery, motion practice, and depositions.
• Admission to practice in California.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
