Duties

  • Lead projects to streamline legal service delivery using people, process, and technology.

  • Create and manage knowledge and precedent libraries.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited institution and admission to practice in a US jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of six years of experience in litigation, regulatory, transactional, or legislative policy in a large law firm.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle diverse situations.
