Job Overview

A law firm seeks a California-licensed Litigation Attorney for its Menlo Park, CA office. Duties

  • Handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial.
  • Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
  • Manage discovery and written depositions.

  • Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years of experience in general liability matters.
  • Experience in both state and federal court proceedings.

  • Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required.
