Litigation Attorney (California-Licensed)

Job Overview

A law firm seeks a California-licensed Litigation Attorney for its Menlo Park, CA office. The role offers flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the US or in person at one of the firm's US-based offices. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of commercial and general liability litigation experience.

Duties

• Handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial.
• Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs.
• Manage discovery and written depositions.
• Analyze professional liability coverage.
• Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of experience in general liability matters.
• Experience in both state and federal court proceedings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms.
• Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities professionally.
• Current CA Bar admission in good standing is required.

• JD with excellent academic credentials.
