Job Overview

Duties

• Advise clients on state and local tax issues, including personal and corporate income tax.
• Represent clients in audits, administrative appeals, and litigations.
• Prepare audit responses, legal briefs, and ruling requests.
• Conduct legal research and prepare technical analyses.
• Assist with tax aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
• Stay informed on tax laws and regulations.
• Participate in client meetings and business development.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across practice areas.
