Job Overview

Duties

  • Manage a high-volume caseload, overseeing approximately 150 cases.
  • Engage with clients, maintaining proactive and transparent communication.
  • Conduct key litigation activities, including depositions and mediations.
  • Advocate in trials, serving as lead counsel in jury trials.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years practicing personal injury or civil litigation; 5-8+ years preferred.
  • Active and in good standing with the Massachusetts and Rhode Island State Bars.
  • Extensive jury trial experience with at least 5+ first chair trial verdicts.
  • Exceptional communication skills to articulate case strategies.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Massachusetts and Rhode Island State Bars.

Skills

  • Strong legal acumen and trial advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently.
  • Proficient in developing comprehensive case strategies.
