Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Family Law Attorney for its Cherry Hill, NJ office. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience and must be admitted to practice in New Jersey. A license to practice in Pennsylvania is a plus.

Duties

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
• Negotiate settlements and appear in court as needed.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in family law.
• Admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
• License to practice in Pennsylvania preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in New Jersey.
