Job Overview

Duties

  • Draft complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
  • Take and defend depositions and argue motions in court.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of complex litigation experience.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Antitrust, class action, or complex litigation experience preferred.
  • Clerkship experience is encouraged.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

  • Active California State Bar license.

  • Strong litigation and case management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
