Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate in Minneapolis, MN. Duties

• Conduct written discovery for complex litigation matters.
• Prepare invalidity and infringement claim charts and contentions.
• Engage in brief writing and depositions.
• Collaborate with experts and prepare for trials.
• Participate in appellate work.

Requirements

• Two to four years of IP litigation attorney experience.
• Ability to be admitted to the bar in the state of residency.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

Education

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
