Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation Associate

Job Overview
A law firm seeks an associate to join its Intellectual Property and Technology Litigation practice in Minneapolis. The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of experience in complex litigation involving intellectual property and technology cases.

Duties

• Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive legal documents.
• Engage in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
• Collaborate with team members to develop case strategies.
• Manage case files and coordinate with clients effectively.

Requirements

• Three to five years of complex litigation experience in IP and technology.
• Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex scientific and engineering concepts.
• Admitted or eligible to practice law in Minnesota; other bar admissions are a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission before the United States Patent and Trademark Office is a plus.
