A law firm seeks a mid to senior level litigation attorney to join its team in Austin, TX. The candidate must have over five years of litigation practice experience and hold an active Texas bar license.

Duties

• Manage high volume insurance defense and personal injury cases.
• Prepare extensively for trials and handle courtroom responsibilities.
• Conduct hearings and depositions with significant experience.
• Engage in motion practice and file management.
• Demonstrate exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Active Texas bar license.
• Experience in high volume insurance defense/personal injury practice.
• Extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience.
• Significant hearing and deposition experience.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active Texas bar license.
