Insurance Defense Attorney

A law firm is seeking an experienced and dedicated Insurance Defense Attorney to join their San Diego, CA team. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation and will manage a diverse caseload, represent clients in court, and provide legal advice on insurance matters. Duties:

• Represent clients in all stages of insurance defense litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings.

• Provide clients with comprehensive legal advice and guidance on insurance claims, coverage issues, and liability.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration proceedings.

Requirements:

• 2-7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
