Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Senior Career Associate with over 8 years of civil litigation experience to join their Strategic Advisory and Government Enforcement group in any US office. This role involves managing a large docket of cases for a major technology client, with opportunities to engage in financial services, white collar, and privacy and data security litigation.

Duties

• Develop case strategy and drive fact development efforts.
• Draft motions to dismiss and other litigation documents.
• Engage in discovery and e-discovery tasks.
• Manage cases and projects, ensuring proactive deadline management.
• Participate in oral arguments to build client confidence.

Requirements

• Meaningful experience with complex civil litigation.
• Strong research and drafting skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal, writing, and communication skills.

Education

• J.D. degree required.
