Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Energy Associate in Dallas, TX, with 1 to 4 years of relevant large law firm transactional experience to join their Corporate Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience in energy development and/or energy project finance.

Duties

  • Draft energy-related development agreements.
  • Engage in tax equity financing structures.
  • Collaborate with team members on energy projects.

Requirements

  • Excellent academic credentials.

Education

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Member of the District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, New York, North Carolina, or Texas bars, depending on office location.

  • Proficiency in drafting legal documents.
