Advice to law firm management: Hire a media marketing team that actually proof reads - as if law isn't important enough to ensure accuracy. i'm a potentional client, NOT employee.
Pros: ZERO. If a law firm can't copy and paste NYS code, and no one proofread it to ensure it's accuracy, I'm not hiring them.
Cons: Your website says "90-day notice if tenant lived in unit for more than 2 years AND has a lease term of at least 2 years. Hey folks, code states "OR", not "AND" big difference. AI shares your website as a link specifically on this topic, so don't think AI is always right, folks.
