Pros: 5.0 Former Employee, more than 5 yearsRemote Work EnvironmentPartner in San Francisco, CA ProsExcellent well pedigreed attorneys. Pretty much all great people. Great camaraderieConsRemote work / virtual firm, and that style of working is overrated. You lose connectivity, networking and mentorship (in both directions). Its hard to maintain a company culture or a feeling of a team moving in the same direction when you are remote. Because most people have selected to work remote it feels sometimes like people are half hearted in the idea of a firm.Advice to ManagementNot sure there is anything. they do well with retreats etc.
