Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 1 yearBig cases and high stakes trials inTrial Attorney ProsThese are collegial, team-oriented people who really care about their clients, do excellent work and get great results in jury trials. The cases are of all different types and that keeps things interesting. The practice is confined mostly to the West Coast so you don't have to live on airplanes. No massive egos or crazy competitiveness. No drama or drinking. The staff is very nice and competent, too. Overall it's a great place to work if you want to try cases or be around major trials.ConsThere are so many top trial lawyers here that you may be stuck at second or third chair for quite awhile unless you also have trial experience coming in. (But you will get into court.) With all the trials it can get stressful at times, especially right before and during.Advice to ManagementMaybe bring on some more young associates.
