Pros: Schedule flexibility
Cons: Extremely poor leadership, Managing partners is demeaning and require you to hang out with them outside of the office. No salary- only paid 40% of every hour you bill and 50% of every hour after 1200 hours. Generally, there is not enough work in the firm and many attorneys are unhappy left without work.
Partners to Avoid and Why: John Davis is a managing partner who is also the entire HR and the IT department. He has a terrible attitude, do what I say when I say it, doesn't respect clients, and expects you to fraternize with him outside of the office to keep your job. Otherwise will not send you work.
