Pros: 5.0 Current Employee, more than 1 yearStressful but RewardingParalegal ProsLots of client contact. Ability to learn various areas of immigration law. Overtime is not expected, contrary to many other law firms. Reasonable work load. Easy to communicate any concern with the managing attorneys, and they really try to address the situation.ConsDemanding clients and bosses. The bosses have a very high standard for the work product, and it can be tough to not miss any details. Some clients have unreasonable expectations about how fast things can get done.
