Pros: Jill is an incredible leaders and a fantastic lawyer. She treats employees like family, and while she demands a high quality work product, she is supportive in promoting the well-being of her employees. She also is generous with providing training and allowing employees to pursue community goals outside of the work place. Also, she has a team of excellent people, who are a pleasure and job to work with.
Cons: The worst part is the nature of litigation demands working long hours.
Partners to Avoid and Why: Yes. Some partners have their ego invested in their decisions. But that is true at all law firms.
