Pros: I enjoyed my time working with Justin C. Clark, who transitioned to MBM from another firm about halfway through my litigation. Overall, positives include Justin's responsiveness, expertise, availability for calls as needed, willingness to explain the process and subject matter, and ability to maintain my best interests during settlement negotiations against a large employer in which I was the plaintiff.

Cons: I had a negative experience with Richard O'Meara, as he is only interested in billing as many hours as possible and his legal advice is based on the financial resources of the opposing party rather than providing honest and fair representation. I would not recommend him as a lawyer, he is a fraud.
